To our experience. the room we were assigned was quite dark and lacked natural light.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. The views were absolutely breathtaking, definitely postcard-worthy. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to offer a helping hand. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the heart of the city, and the hotel shuttle service to town was a great bonus. Really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the impressive range of room amenities offered.
There were a lot of stairs leading up to the hotel, which could be quite tiring, but the view from the top made it all worth it. The lack of convenient parking near the hotel was also a minor inconvenience, but the hotel shuttle service and nearby bus stops made up for this.

The hotel offers stunning views of the city and has a peaceful atmosphere. There are seating areas outside to relax and meet other guests. If you catch the number 3 bus to the top of the hill and ask the bus driver to let you off at the Adria Hotel bus stop, you can find the hotel quite easily. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The way to the hotel can be challenging for people with mobility problems due to the steep driveway and uneven steps.

Great value for money: Despite being a bit far from the center, this hotel offers stunning views at a very affordable price. Attentive staff: The owners of this hotel are incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel like we were in our second home. Wonderful breakfast: The food served at this hotel was incredible, and having "family dinners" with other guests added to the cozy atmosphere.
Room cleanliness could be improved.

The hosts at Guest House Barbara were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I injured my leg during a day trip, they took care of me, provided me with dinner in bed, and even drove me to the pharmacy. Their kindness and hospitality truly made a difference. The view from the guest house was also spectacular, offering breathtaking sights. The room had everything I needed and the bathroom was regularly cleaned. Despite not being in the city center, there were convenient bus stops nearby, so getting around was not a problem. I highly recommend staying at Guest House Barbara.
